Kinds of Services provided by EAE

Just like as many airports in the world, EAE’s services can basically be divided under two categories (i.e. aeronautical and non aeronautical services).

Aeronautical Services

Aeronautical Services are those that the EAE provides for essential operations that are required for airlines operations (runway, runway light, taxiway, taxiway light, apron, apron light /flood light, aerobridge are few to mention).

Non Aeronautical Services

Non Aeronautical Services are those facilities, including the operation of restaurants, hotels, banking, shopping, car parking, a host of support facilities and other terminal services. It is important to recognize that the Ethiopian Airports Enterprise’s revenue has been generated from these services. Currently the EAE strives to maximize the aeronautical and non aeronautical revenues by developing and improving the services it has provided.
